Getting the Perfect Fit

1. The Taco Fold

Loosen your footwear fully. Fold the insole lengthwise to slide it in. The natural rubber base is tacky to prevent sliding.

2. Center & Wrap

Eskers "wrap" your foot. Ensure the edges ride up evenly on both sides of the heel and forefoot for stability.

3. Trim Toe Only

Use your original insole as a template. Trim the toe only. Do not trim the sides; that width is essential for comfort.

Pro Tip

Unlike cheap foam, felted wool and natural rubber take a few miles to "break in" and mold to your unique foot shape. Wear them for 2-3 days to feel the full custom benefit.
