Frequently Asked Questions

One of the important aspects of an insole is arch support. Offering our insoles in full sizes means that the placement of our arch support is far more accurate and gives you the best natural comfort possible.

If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest you size up. We’ve constructed our insole to be trimmable if needed, meaning that if you need to adjust the length slightly to fit your shoe, that’s no problem.

If you try a pair of our insoles and find that you aren’t satisfied with their performance within 30 days, you can return them (with your receipt), no questions asked.

You can use our insole in any closed-toed shoe that comes with a removable insole. That means you can use them in running shoes, hiking boots, walking shoes, ski boots, snowboard boots, mountain biking shoes, work boots, rubber boots, winter boots, your favourite everyday shoes, your old worn out gardening shoes, and just about any other kind of shoe or boot you can think of. But you can’t use them in flip flops, clogs, or strappy sandals, sorry.

Washing
Since your insoles are naturally anti-odour, they don’t need to be washed often. However, in the case that you’ve spilled something sticky on them and it needs to be cleaned up, please handwash them in cold water with mild liquid detergent. Avoid strong detergents and bleach.

Drying
Hang wet insoles to dry. They are also happy when in your boots on your boot dryer. Avoid high heat and machine dryers.

Our insoles are proudly manufactured in Canada.

Our insoles have only three components; raw wool fibre, linen, and natural rubber. They do not contain any synthetic materials, plastics or foams, chemical dyes or anti-odor additives.
