If you purchased them directly from our website you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return them. Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable. To get the ball rolling, please email us at info@eskerinsoles.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Exchanges

Ended up with the wrong size and need to exchange your unused and unworn insoles? No problem, if you didn’t purchase your insoles from eskerinsoles.com, please head to your point of purchase for an exchange.

For purchases from our website, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Item(s) will need to be returned and a new order placed.
