If you purchased your Esker insoles from our website (eskerinsoles.com) and are unsatisfied with them for any reason you can return them for a refund within 30 days.
Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping paid on the original order is non-refundable. To get the ball rolling, please email us at info@eskerinsoles.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Esker insoles purchased through our retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Exchanges
Ended up with the wrong size and need to exchange your unused and unworn insoles? No problem, if you didn’t purchase your insoles from eskerinsoles.com, please head to your point of purchase for an exchange.
For purchases from our website, email us at info@eskerinsoles.com with your order number and what model / size you'd like to exchange for. We will then issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number that you can include with your returned product. Once we have received the item we'll ship your new pair out. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note, we only accept exchanges for 30 days from the date of purchase and your insoles need to be unworn and in the original packaging.
