Important Note: Our online portal is for customers who purchased directly from eskerinsoles.com only. If you purchased your Eskers through a retail partner or another website, please contact the original point of purchase for their specific return or exchange instructions.
How to use the Return Portal
To help our team process your request quickly, please select the reason that best matches your situation:
- Using the 30-Day Guarantee? Select "Other" (Add "Guarantee" in the notes).
- Need a different size? Select "Size was too small/large." (Add "Exchange in the notes).
- Need a different model? Select "Style." (Add "Exchange" in the notes).
- Returning an extra pair? Select "Changed my mind." (Add "Return" in the notes).
What Happens Next
- Submit Request: Use the portal above to let us know what you need.
- Ship it Back: Once approved, we’ll send instructions. Please use a trackable service as return shipping is customer-paid.
- Final Processing: We’ll inspect your return within 3–5 days and issue your refund or ship your new pair!
