At Esker, we want to get you back on the trail as quickly as possible. We aim to ship all orders within two business days of purchase.
We work closely with trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, to provide tracked services for every order, so you can follow your purchase from along its journey.
Note: While we strive for speed, rare circumstances outside our control, such as regional holidays, weather events, or peak periods like Black Friday, may occasionally cause delays.

All Canadian orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $99 CAD.
- Express Shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

- Taxes: GST, HST, and/or PST are calculated at checkout based on your province.
Orders to the U.S. are fulfilled from our Vancouver, BC warehouse.

- All-in Pricing: U.S. prices include all duties and tariffs.
- No Surprises: No additional import or customs fees will be charged upon delivery.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the EU.
- $25 Flat-Rate Shipping on all international orders.
- Customs & Taxes: Please note that local taxes, duties, and import fees are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer.
