Whether you are testing our technology for the first time or simply need a different size, we handle all requests personally via email. This allows our fit experts to ensure you have the correct model for your specific footwear and activity level.
The 30-Day Walk-Easy Guarantee We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first purchase. We understand that finding the right fit may require testing and a break-in period; therefore, we encourage you to wear. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund of the product price.

Condition: Used and trimmed products are accepted for the first pair only.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges (Unused Items) We accept exchanges for a different size or model within 15 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original, unused, and untrimmed condition.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse; Esker will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement pair back to you.
Standard Returns (Unused Items) For all other returns of unused items in original packaging, requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds: You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start the process, please email us at info@eskerinsoles.com with your Order Number and a brief note regarding the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within one business day with a return authorization and specific shipping instructions for our warehouse. Please note that our policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through eskerinsoles.com. If you purchased your items from a retail partner, please contact that specific point of purchase for their return instructions.
Return Shipping & Tracking The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Canada Post), as Esker Insoles Ltd. is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
