How to Initiate a Return
To ensure you get the best performance out of your insoles, we handle all returns and exchanges personally via email. This allows our fit experts to confirm you have the right model for your specific footwear and arch type.
Step 1: Send us an Email
Email us at info@eskerinsoles.com with your Order Number and a brief note about why you’re looking to return or exchange.
Step 2: Fit Consultation (Optional)
If you're experiencing discomfort, let us know! Often, a simple adjustment or a different Esker model is all it takes to find your stride. We’re happy to provide recommendations to help save you a trip to the post office.
Step 3: Approval & Instructions
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll reply within 1 business day with authorization and the specific shipping instructions for our North Vancouver warehouse.
Important Notes
- Web Orders Only: This process is for customers who purchased directly from eskerinsoles.com. If you purchased your Eskers through a retail partner, please contact them directly for their specific return instructions.
- Tracking Required: Since return shipping is customer-paid, we highly recommend using a trackable service. Esker is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
